440 motorhome engine

Is the block the same for 440 car engines and motorhomes engine,

I know the heads are different and oil pans, water pump.

Could a person put on differnt heads, oil pan, waterpump,etc to make it work?

I bet the the pistons are a MILE in the hole! the blocks are good, but if your building a N/A motor your going to have to spend on parts...

the one word answer to your ques is yes. I've got one in my charger.

R70 is correct about piston depth though. I have 6p rods and hyper pistons and their at .070 in the hole. Not what I'ld call ideal for what I'm putting it through. If you need to get pistons anyway though get ones that will bump up the comp ratio. I wish I had
