2 door to 4 door, rear frame rails the same??

68 dart 2 door and 4 door. Are the rear frame rails the same?? How about the wheel wells?? Thanks.

My experience has been that once the outer panels are removed, the understructure is the same: Floorpans, wheelhouses, frame rails, trunkfloor, everything.

Is the wheel base the same??
