Challenger TA suspension colors

Could anyone tell me what the actual color is for both the front suspension and the rear axle housing for 70 chaLLENGER TA/ i have seen both black and argent silver on the axle housing.

Rear housing semi gloss black. Lower control arms natural dipped in cosmoline.

Read here about doing this with paint to make it look natural but still easy to clean and durable.

This is a 30K mile orginal paint Challenger T/A taken apart, documented and restored by the owner; Troy. None of the chassis had ever been apart before.
