Does someone have or know where I can get a graphic for the dimensions/measurements layout of how the stripes go on my '71 340 Duster. I've seen them for other Mopar muscle, but I can't find one for mine.

You can buy a set of stripes THEN return them... if you're into that sort of Tom Foolery.
Otherwise, if you want, come over and measure MINE on the car.

I already have a set. The painter wants to know exactly where they go. He's in Gridley.

When I read the title I thought the same thing, but got it once I read your post.
As for where they are located, the door handles, gas cap and the curves of the body pretty much determine where they go. It may take a bit of taping them up and standing back, but they really fit best in one spot. At least my 72 Demon ones did.

He cares more than the factory did
. They do follow the body line, the side stripe has the thinner stripe at the bottom that lines up right on the gas cap opening and the top of the stripe sits just below the body line. The 340 numbers on the quarters and just slightly below that next body line.
