Which License Plate Lights are these???

Cant find those Licen Plate Lights with harness etc. for a 68 Plymouth Belvedere Station. The Station Bumpers differ from the Coupes.
Any tips where I can buy them or on which other more common car they where were also installed....my 68 Station uses the Gas Tank from the 1967 Coupes for example...

Do those just snap into a hole in the bumper? They look similar to the universal snap-in lights found just about everywhere.
