Rear Leaf Spring Shackle Replacement

Started replacing my rear leaf spring tonight with ESPO springs. I noticed that my new rear leaf spring shackle kit does not include the metal sleeve and holds the rubber bushings and goes that goes between the rear mount bracket is not included. Did they forget something or do I have to order this separate?
The metal sleeve on my rear bracket is completely rusted and I need to replace it. Or do I have to order a new rear spring shckle mount bracket from somewhere?

I'll bet that rear frame mounted hanger is what he's after.

Mancini Racing had them on their web site, so I orderd a pair today.They were $35. each

Anybody know if the brackets and hangers were bare metal or painted black by the factory?

BTW, you can get the 'hub' bolts that fit the front brackets from amkproducts.com, item B-10204, 4 for $12, or B-10035, 8 for $20.
