okay motor heads what hp do ya think
70 440hp /stk. hp manifolds
pistons changed to 9:5
bored 30 over
mr 6pk #3 grind cam
906 heads are stock w/ hvy springs per mr 6pk
stock 6pk carbs adjusted to mr 6pk specs
electronic ign timing set at mr 6pk specs
motor is in a 69a12 clone with dana 60 373 gears & a 23 spline 4spd
with stock redline bias.

what do you think she will run in Quarter & hp est.

13.20 with those tires 12.90 if you can get it to hook.

Any estimate of hp I was thinking around 425-450hp ?

I assume that the stock heads means unported and the race weight is 3900lbs.
Here are the two extremes IMO:

1) If you don't spend a bunch of time at the track testing, tuning, and practicing and you only go out once in the middle of the summer: 13.7 at 104.

2) If you track test, tune and practice driving, in good air: 12.70 at 110.

Agree with the above...

Driver mod is always an important one to go along with the test n' tune. I've seen Hemi 'cuda barely get out of the 15's. Yet that same car on that same day with a little work and a whole lot better driving could have see 12's too imo.

In your case, all things ideal including traction/suspension, 12.7's 108.

Well things have changed (due to machine shop)
I now have

kb237 pistons 40 over
deck has been shaved 200000 i think
heads are stk form 346s
everything else is same do you think there will be much of a change in figures on hp & 1/4 mile
