Hey everyone im rebuilding my 360 Magnum engine and i was wondering what type of oil(s) i should use when putting then engine back together.

Several good ways to go. Brad Penn breakin oil is good and Joe Gibbs racing oil & this 5 minute read may interest you. "breakin secrets" at www.mototuneusa.com

This time of year you can use SAE 30 (straight) weight - remember it doesn't flow at 30' and below - Spring/Summer/Fall rebuilds only...

I have used Joe Gibbs BR break in oil. It' not cheap but its loaded with zinc for our flat tappet engines. You will probably have several hundred or even a few thousand dollars in your build so do cheap out on the oil.

I ordered the parts i need this morning it came to $960. Where would i be able to find Joe Gibbs BR oil?
