2010 Dodge Ram techs??

My neighbor has a 2010 Dodge Ram V6 auto.. She has been complaining of a clunking downshift from 4th to 3rd gear. The dealer was trying to fight it originally and said it wasn't a warranty problem. Today she fought harder and they made "some adjustments" under her warranty. Do you guys know of any problems with the tranny's in these newer model already? She said she is going back to the dealer with it because whatever they did only covered a possible underlying issue. It still does it but not as severe..Any ideas??

Only adjustment that can be made is a reflash or quicklearn if it is a 45rfe trans. The 4-3 down shift clunk on the 45rfe trans has been going on for a few years now and they are right there is no fix for it as it is a programming concern that last I knew they were not going to change.
