Rear end narrowing in SoCal

I am looking for a recommendation to get a rear end narrowed. I am in San Diego and would like to get a name of someone that can get this done at a reasonable price. I have contacted a few local shops and they have been around $350 to cut one side of the housing.

Anyone got name of a local shop that can help out?
