Is the pinion seal the same for a 742, 741, and 489?
I need to find a pinion seal for a 742, but kragen wanted $45 for one! Anyone have a more affordable source?
Can anyone give me a part #?

The seals are different for each. I JUST ORDERED A SEAL FOR A 742 FROM ROCK AUTO online. It was a Timken , and was under $20. part number 7216

I made a mistake at first ( a little dislectic I guess) The number is 7216
