go wing vs gull wing - 04/11/11 10:11 PM

Is there a difference between the two. If so what? Thanks Scott

Go wing has the sharper turn downs and is the same as Mustang wings of the same period. Gull-wings came out in 71 and are thinner and have swept-back ends instead of angular turn down ends.

Yes, the first came out on the '70's cars. The Gull wing was on the '71 cars. The Gull wing has swept back ends. The go wing ends turn down. Almost the same as on Ford products.

I may be interested in one if you have a 70 Go Wing and it is original.

R E A L L Y !!??

I thought that the GULLwing was a Mercedes model?
I've never heard of a Mopar spoiler being called a GULL wing. Maybe I've been hearing it wrong.

Greg, where have you been? The wing on my Duster is a Gull wing. I know, I had to kill two Gulls make a whole wing!
