70 six pack throttle cable

HELP I have 70 b-body that I'm installing six pack set-up. The throttle cable that came in install kit appears to be for 71 and up and I see no listings for a 70 B-body six pack throttle cable. Will the 69 1/2 work or what one will work?

69 1/2 will work if you can find one. the one you have is for 70 thru 340-6 or 71 and up 440

Year One,...NORS cables pn# FD9339 $55, it's for a 68-70 b-body 440 4 bbl listing, but I've used it on my 70 Charger 440/6 with no issuses,...I've seen no 440/6 applications avaliable either, the MP install kits seem to only have the E body and 71-up cable, leaving the early B bodies out

Mine has the stock 383 cable.Going to a /6 truck cable .

I have had everything from a single 4 BBl to a 440 sixpack to a dual 4 BBl 426 Hemi in one of my 70's & all worked fine with the stock 440 4 BBl throttle cable.

Yeah, I ended up using my original but the 440-4 one looked like it would work.

so the mp install kit i ordered in feb and just received today throttle cable won't work?

not on a 70 and back B-body, but I was told that you can file the corners of the round hole to square it up and it will work. This came from Ben at Pro Maxx.

thank you for that tip,other then that the length is good,just where it goes into firewall needs attention?

I used a stock 383 4bbl cable and it worked fine on my 6-pack.
