charger 70 decoder

You will have a hard time using a 70 decoder as the tag is from a 68 Charger. I hope 1) your car is a 68 and there is a typo in your subject line or 2) you know how a 68 tag wound up on a 70.

G1 should be a number. It's probably 61.
SERIAL NUMBER is actually the Sales Order Number, not the VIN.
CGX is actually C6X = black bucket seat interior.

he wants $5000!!! and think i will say him yes ..find here a charger 66-70 it's very very very hard, i only has saw 3, 2-68 and 1-70

That's nuts for that car , the last 6 bigits on the bottom row of the tag are the numbers that should be on the body , if they are not then the car is not the car that the tag is originally from.

Personally for 5000 , even if it were Pecos , I would not buy that . I don't know what the laws are in Mexico concerning a car with no VIN tag .

The laws here are pretty much the same that over there, if the numbers don't match you can have a trouble because you maybe buy a stolen car, but here this car doesn't exist because not have papers.... i knwo that's a lot of money, but like a i said before, here is very hard to find, because here only was sold 71- 74 and i always want a 68-70 over any other car,tomorrow i will check the numbers and if the numbers macth with the other numbers what do you think about the price, still expensive?
