Will a manual steering box from a 68 A body fit a 68 B body? Thanks!

All the boxes interchange but if your going from power to manual or vise versa, you have to have the correct coupler and shaft, or the adapter.

Yes it will but make sure the a body donor is not a slant 6 , it has bushings instead of bearings, not as heavy duty.

They will but make sure the pitman arm is correct for the car and body style

If there not the same order a new one from NAPA or some other good parts houses
