the passenger side stock hemi muffler is blown out. 2 options I am considering:

1) where do get the stock replacement muffler the fastest/cheapest?

2) the system is almost quieter than I would like. What replacement muffler would you recommend..seems like people like the dynomax turbo ultraflows ?? or something like that. It is the stock R/T system including the resonators.

Would it be just as cheap to put two dynomaxes in as relace the stock mopar one? (labor aside?)

BTW the engine is 69 426 hemi

Thanks!
Mark

I like the way hooker aerochambers sound, but I have no idea if the offsets and overall length are close enough to allow them to be a direct replacement for your existing mufflers.

I like my Dynomax Super Turbos. There is a long version and a short version (short being a little louder)

But they don't drone at cruise speed like flowmasters.

For a really nice sound, simply use the round resonator mufflers beside the gastank, and do not use the ovals at all.
