Help with seat belt I.D.

I have a set of seat belts but lost track of what they are. I'm guessing they are 1974 or newer and might be for a Dart Sport/Duster. Maybe Challenger?

What can I look for to figure it out?

The chrome latch tabs have P-740 on 2 and 5432 076 on 2 others.

I have a 74 Dart Sport and just went out and checked the belts as they are all in a bag at the moment, and those aren't even close to mine. There's one you can eliminate.

Funny you should mention that. I just shipped out a set I pulled out of a '74 Dart Sport. But I didn't keep a mental picture of them. But I don't recall the 90* mounting bracket/tab that 2 of the mounting points shown in the pic have. Don't know if they may have changed A-bodies in '75 or '76.

pull the belt out of the retractor and look at the tag,there will be a date code and part #.

I'm guessing the last #'s from each set are the date codes - '73 & '72 respectively. Perhaps the rears were carry-overs from the previous year while the fronts were a new style for late '73 or early '74 model year?

They are 74 Cuda/Challenger fronts and rears.

One more I.D. request if I may.....They look similar but don't have that right-angle bracket on one of the retractors.
