Depends on what you want to do.
The stock head is NOTHING compared to the rhs head.

Mine!

The rhs head will support well over 500 hp with the right cam and compression. WITH NO PORTING.

There is a member on here that goes by ou812. His name is Brian. He owns IMM engines and I believe he can supply these with 2.02 valves, springs and everything except rockers for around 1400 bucks. And at that price they are a far better deal than anything else on the market.

http://www.immengines.com/

All the info you need is right there and Brian is a great guy to deal with. There is a dedicated section to the RHS head on that site.

I'll leave this alone now...he shoudl see it and clarify if I made any error.

IF I put those heads on my 408 stroker engine with 375 hp. what would the estimated hp be?

I presume it's a blueprint engines crate motor? if so, it should have OEM magnum heads...cam looks to be a MP .474" cam. a cam change to a comp XE285HL with a spring change to hughes #1110 with hughes retainers would probably open up a lot of power...

that said, the RHS head flow ~25-30 cfm better than OEM magnums, so I'd swagger with no other changes you'd see a 40HP increase with the heads. the cam is the limiting factor right now, IMHO.

The cam is a comp grind it has a split duration. Correct they use oem magnumheads however the block is an LA style not a magnum "directed to the OP". Best thing to do before you evenpurchase heads for this engine is tear it down. I along with other members of this board have had and found many problems with this engines.

Heads came with stock springs and worn out guides. Even though advestised for matching springs.

The piston rings have been found to be the wrong sizes installed.

Plus the fact they don't stand by their warranty.

If the motor was built correctly to begin with it should have been close enough a tad over a 400hp engine.

that said the RHS head are a great upgrade

It all depends on how the heads you have on it now compare...
If they are magnum heads already, about 30HP...if they are early LA heads, about 40-45HP easy.
Oh, and thanks Carmine (POS)!
