Need references on Springs n Things

Need references on Springs n Things - 01/27/11 11:14 PM

I have a good price quote from Springs n Things for upper & lower control arm bushings, ball joints, improved design strut rod bushings, cam bolts and inner & outer tie rod ends for $271 plus shipping, all rubber (don't want polygraphite).

They say they are US made parts. Please advise is this a good company? Do they send good parts?

I have not ordered front end parts from them, but the leaf springs I got from them are fine.

I think I would get all that stuff from Rock Auto or your local auto parts store. BTW, I would use poly bushings on the upper arms and the strut rods.

Thanks for the feedback. I think I am going to order Moog parts through Rock Auto.

Springs 'n Things was quoting McQuay Norris parts.

I talked at length with "Laura" about some leaf springs for a J-body. She knows her stuff.

I ended up using something on hand here anyways but what I did buy got to me quickly and was good product.
