Carb recomendation

Looking for a bolt on carb for my 470,the engine has a 511 lift,stealth heads,single plain intake.Any place that can build a carb for these specs? There are so many carbs to chose from.Im thinking of a 750cfm and without a choke tower,this will be mostly a street car.
