Need help

Can anyone help me identify this roter and adapter? It allows the use of a big ford dis.cap on a mopar distributor (old school hemi trick). Mine broke and I need to replace it - new or used.

Sort of looks like a kind of MSD Cap-A-Dapt setup

If no one else chimes in with an idea, perhaps email a picture of it to MSD and see what they say....
