I have the opportunity to buy a 1970 4 door satellite and the owner tells me the front fenders and hood will fit a 2 door 1970 roadrunner, any body know if this is true. thanks

Here is a pic of the car I want to restore with my 9 year old son, rusty but a true roadrunner, auto on colum car, ralley red with black interior. I found a satellite 4 door that has the fenders and flat hood,(I am going to buy a six pack scoop)and rearend and a lot of the sheet metal, like trunk and floor boards, hoping to swap metal and as many parts as I can. thanks For any help DJ

I would rather have the 4-door myself, but that is me. Before long, they may all be gone.....

here is a photo of the 4 door, but the engine is gone, but trunk, frame extensions were replaced, he said the fenders and excellent and he has a gtx grill with it. I see what you mean with 4 doors, not too many left. Something to think about before I chop it up?????????

It looks like it is in great shape.

I bought this one a few years ago, I had to get one before they are all gone.

That is the good side. It needs some body work on the passenger fender, it also has hail damage on the top surfaces.

I just HAD to have it though.

318 automatic, green interior. Yes, I like green too.

No plans for any changes other than paint & body, deffinately no engine 'upgrade'.

Not only can you use the fenders, but you can use the floors, deck lid, rear panel, and other sheet metal as well. I think the rear extensions and even the lower quarters are the same.

picked car up today, looks great, even has a 8 3/4 rearend with a sway bar on it perfect dash pad and lower dash parts, perfect trunk floor and deck lid and taillight, grill was not the greatest though, needs work but cant complain!

Original rear sway bar? If, so I wonder if it was a police car. Can you post a photo of the fender tag if it is still there please?
