where can you purchase a spray can in tuxedo black?

if you have a decent paint and autobody supply store near you, you can. they'll mix up a batch, and fill a spray can for you, so you can get enamel, or urethane, even lacquer if you need it. spray cans cost between 20-30 bucks, plus the paint.

Isnt Tuxedo Black a GM color? The GM dealer should be able to help....
