How can I find out when my car was made?

I have a 1969 Dodge Super Bee, no broadcast sheet, but would like to find out what day and year it was produced? Day and or month and year, any help, I do have the fender tag

the Scheduled Production Date is on the fender tag
St. Louis (G) or Los Angeles (E) assembly 3-digits near end of second from bottom line.
Lynch Rd (A) assembly 3-digits near end of bottom line.

Any way to tell from the VIN, for those of us who don't have broadcast sheet or fender tag?

There is no way to know whether a car was actually made on it's SPD until after late in the 1972 model year. At that time the MDH (Month, Day, Hour) of final assembly was noted on the Mylar door sticker.

My car has the A so thats a Lynch, my bottom line reads: WM23 E63 D21 C18 141577 what does that tell me as far as month and year production, any help? Thanks!

C18 = December 18 1968
