Rally dash has a tach. There is no tach on these wire diagrams.

Surprising, check the Challenger WD, it has the tach, and is exact same instrument cluster.

The digrams on that web site are incomplete and show only the Grand Coupe standard cluster. You really need the Factory Service Manual and its diagrams. It is worth the price if just for the wiring.
