Quick ? -- Cold valve adjustment on a 65 - 273 engine

My book only shows a hot valve adjustment for a 273 -- So what would be a cold valve setting on a fresh engine sitting on the stand?

I set my slant to the hot settings cold. Little more lift and duration on a stocker cam.
