What paint to use?

Looking to shoot some paint on the inside of my 67 Dart. Its a shell and I am going to paint the inside myself before I put it back together so I need some help. What paint do I use? I am painting it factory gold metallic (ZZ1 I think). The local paint house just gives me a blank look when I start talking 1967 factory colors so their no help!!! And the body shops just toss me a color wheel and say "pick a color" so no help there either. Is it that hard to get a factory color mixed up? What do you resto guys do?

Use the mix number from a color chip chart, not the code on the data plate when talking to your automotive paint supplier.

Perfect!! How bout the textured dash paint? Now I can find the color, but how do I get the texture?
