318 poly rocker shaft removal?

About to pull the heads from my 318 poly (in a 1964 Fury). Never pulled poly heads before, and I am wondering if anything special is involved in pulling the rocker shafts?

Also, how does one get that dang lower exhaust manifold bolt out thats just above the steering box??

they come off when you unbolt a few head bolts.
that is what holds the rocker shaft down.

Don't remember having that problem with the exhaust. But I was working on a 66 at the time.
