Which tires to use?

Thanks for any help.
Going to install new tires on my !965 Coronet. Only question I have is do I use BF Goodrich or Cooper. I have about a 4-5 week wait for the BFg's and I can get the Coopers right away.

I run regular Coopers on my DD's and a high performance version on my hot rod. An honest tire at a decent price. I'll continue to use them.

I've used hundreds of Cooper Cobras and would use them again in a second if I needed 15" tires for something.

Coopers are one the last tires made in America.... not sure where BFG is coming from these days....

Have you looked at the Mickey Thompson SSR radials? Just a thought. Good luck with the choice!

I just bought a pair of Mickey Thompson 275/60r15 drag radials. They work GREAT.

not much available when you want the old school look of raised white letter tires. BFGs or Coopers are about it. I like the looks of my BFGs more than the looks of the Coopers, but from what I hear, the Coopers perform better.
