What work on the block?? 5 minutes of grinding on most kits and the 2.20 rod kits need nothing till 520" or so!!!
Don't think anyone sells a stock stroke kit??
maybe best to just find a more competent machinist he don't know nothing bout them strokers you speak of so he wants to stay in his comfort zone!
Check out

Mancini
Muscle motors
Koffels
Now if you have your stock crank maybe use it with a rebuild kit

Mancini Racing, Hughes Engines, Bob Mazzolini Racing, IMM, Muscle Motors, etc. can all get you the parts you need.
Or try to find a guy named Harry Holton in Modesto. He is really sharp with engines. I'm sure Harry could tell you how to buy parts for a Chrysler.

What about a stroker kit makes it look non stock????
Or are you putting giant windows in the side of the block to look in?????
If I was your customer and I found out you charged me X for a 446 cubic inch and for the same money maybe less I could have had 512 I don't think I would be happy!
