70 road runner ?

I recently aquired a 70 road runner,pretty original car,383 4speed.The car has to be in reverse to get the key out of the ignition or turned all the way to the off position. I have had several 70 4speed b bodies and this is the first one I have seen like this. Anybody else seen one like this?
