What year is this car?

Check the vin decoding link here and came up as 72 Satellite which is not correct.

Looks to be missing at least 3 digits, and maybe not missing them in order? Could be 71 Ply B body wagon? or not.

Thanks. Thought it to be either a 64 or 65.
