I have a Mallory billet Comp 9000 distributor on my 408.I recently adjusted the total timing advance so the initial is 18degs and total 35degs.Now after the engine gets warm it doesnt want to idle down,it stays up about 2000rpm.Do i need the change the advance springs to stiffer springs?
