Is it possible to modify the manual colum in a reversible way (the shaft) to convert to power? Better to just locate a power column?

Yep, just change the shaft. For what car ... I have one for a b-body.

'70 Super Bee. You have a PM.

I would also like to know if there is a difference aside from the manual shaft being longer.
