E-body Non Rallye VS Rallye gauges

I read that E-Bodies with non-rallye gauges have a (2) bulb light strip, and those with rallye gauges have a (3) bulb strip.

It's actually 3 vs 4, haven't seen anyone mod the standard light bar to add the 4th bulb.
