Challenger 1/4 glass ?

I am replacing the quarter glass in my Challenger and I having tough time removing the glass from the frame that mounts the glass to the slider mechanism. It looks to me like it is a simple press fit. Any suggestions? (other than breaking the glass with a hammer!!)
