64 300 horn

My horn ring wouldn't come back up after pressing it down. I took it apart to see what the problem was and all I found was a single wire going to a round disc. Isn't there supposed to be a spring in there to push the horn ring back out?

have you pulled out the screws that hold the ring together? Any broken parts? Post some pics or send me a pm .. I should have extra parts.
