I am having problems with my blinkers in my 1970 Dodge Charger. They wont work when my lights are off and when my lights are on my blinkers turn into hazards. but my hazards work when my lights are off. Anyone know what my problem is.

Sounds like a ground issue. That or you have a bulb out.

I had a similar problem in my 70 Charger. Turned out to be a short in the turn signal harness. I changed it and it was fine.

Turn signal harness is my suggestion too.
I just bought one through my dodge dealer for my 71 charger. They had to look it up with their microfiche viewer - but found it - ordered it in from Atlanta and had it the next day.
