How do you remove the venturis from the main body?

I believe they are pressed in, but I'm not 100% sure of that. Unless you have a race carb I don't think removal is common practice. I take it you mean the boosters (the bronze parts in the middle of each venturi), correct?

This is one of those,if you have to ask maybe you should not be messing with it. Unless your making a throttle body?

It appears to be pressed in towards the metering plate.I was wondering if anyone has sucessfully replaced one and had an operable carb when they were done. Its a holley six pack center carb,if it matters.
thanks

I read that a special tool is required to press them back in and probably to remove them too. The tool may also flare the end on the opposite side to hold it in place.

Send the carb to Ben @ PROMAX and have him fix it properly for you

I'm still back at why you would want to mess with the venturis of a 6-pak center 2 bbl...

Pressed in. BLP makes tools for installing and checking level.
