This is the only stamping I could find on my steering gearbox.
Best guess, if it is a date code - 17th day of 1969.

Mine is F03 13G & the 313th day of 1970 would be way late for a 417 spd.

The box I showed was out of an A06 Oct 6, 1969 SPD Cuda. I don't know if it was original to that car.
If anyone has an Oct 69 E-Body with it's original manual steering box, please post your date codes. Same goes for any 70 E-Body.
I would like to see the difference between the steering box assembly date and the SPD of the car.

I found a box from Erik here on Moparts from a march car.I don't have it yet and it may be some weeks before I see it.
Maybe Erik can look at it at some point
