I know one thing, a Ford center is smaller and won't even come close to seating on the front of a Mopar.

After market wheels will be the same along with some of the stock wheels.
Older steels the Dodge could be used on a Ford but the Ford center would be too small to fit on a Dodge.

I would think the stainless steel trim rings but im not sure if the trim rings cam on the '69s or not

The mopar wheels should have mopar stampings near the valve stem hole. They also originally only came in 14" and did not come in chrome, they required a trim ring to dress the outer edge.
