360 balancer - 03/26/10 09:24 AM

I need to replace the harmonic balancer on my 360 LA engine. This thing is used for bracket racing only. Probably never see the high side of 6500RPM. Who has the best deal going? Ebag has some with bolt in weights for different LA engines, but I don't know about that type of setup.

Use a good stock one. Many have by rules on circle cars too. The RPM's you are running you will be fine.

We have a Profesional Products dampner on the 360 in my wifes 72 chager. Never had an issue with the bolt on weights.

I would recomend Loc Tite on the bolts.

We also just put the big block version of their dampner on my new motor.

I run a stock unit on my van's 360 and shift about 6100-6200 rpm. No worries to date
