Paint Code Question

I am having trouble getting some paint for my 73 Duster. The paint code it TB3 and from what I understand is the car is Petty Blue. The paint stores can not find this code anywhere. This is the code on the fender tag and build sheet. Is there another code I can give them?

TB3 is Basin Street Blue (Dodge called it Super Blue). The DuPont codes are:

Lucite: 5351L
Centari: 5351A
Dulux: 5351D

If you prefer Ditzler or PPG Paint heres the code for this brand. 1973 PPG Basin Street Blue # 2423
Taken right from the PPG paint color chip chart.You can get it mixed in any paint type you like. Base / Clear, single stage urethane, or Enamel.
