HELP! Trying To Get Rallye Cluster Out Of Challenger.

I am ready to start throwing stuff around the garage. My tach is not working and I have pretty much torn apart the entire dash trying to get gauge cluster out. I am ready for some help.
I have just the right side woodgrain panel with holes for the gauges left but I can't get the stupid thing out. It is getting hung up somewhere on the right side by dashpad. I have dropped column, removed radio, taken left side woodgrain out, loosened dashpad...........ugh!!!

Someone out there want to help me get this out?

Assuming you removed the screw on the right side plastic surround...I loosen the steering column and drop it down on the studs as far as I can then just roll the woodgrain out/down away from that tight right corner area....
