YearOne and M&H websites say the HU313A is for 1970 Valiant & Duster EXCEPT 340. Would this harness also cover 1970 Dart?

They say the HU314A is for Dart & Duster WITH 340 CI. What is the difference between the 340 versus non 340 harnesses?

On a Dash harness I would guess the 340 has a Rally Cluster...
