A friend has a 77 Aspen that has dual chrome sport mirrors. A friend has a 72 Charger with nasty looking original chrome sport mirror. The mirrors look very similar. Will the mirrors off of the Aspen fit the Charger?

need to open some holes at door since they are hold by nuts inside, but will work.
pedestal is also a bit shorter ( beside the diff shape ) so cup will fit lower, closer to top door molding, but as stated, will work
