I have some rust on the top flat part of the passenger side quarter panel that I need to replace. Instead of fabricating the sheet metal, I am having thoughts about buying OEM replacement steel. Does anyone know what this part would be called and where I could find it? Maybe upper quarter panel...

Thats part of the rear quarter. You can't buy just that part. Sorry. You have 2 options. 1 replace the full quarter. 2 make a patch panel.

If it's fairly small area, I'd make a patch, you can always replace the full quarter if you're not happy with the patch,
