I think Layson's has them. If you deal with Layson's, only deal with Rick. He seems to be the only one who cares about customer service. As far as I know, they are the only ones with them, if they have any in stock. You'd be better off finding a donor car that has the panels you need in good condition.

64-66 would work..... panals are easy to Fab for those cars..
as far as fenders 64-65 are same 66 are diff.. If you need to know...

Only 64 and 65 Quarter panels are the same 66 have different body lines in the back the wheel well area is the same. If Laysons has them they are nice patch panels, sometimes they are hard to deal with.

ditto we did too. you will have to do some fitting and minor metal work, at least we did.

I used them too. both sides in front of the wheel and behind when they first came out. i had to pay for them and then wait till they got enough orders to make them. they were nice and thick. i would use them again.
