Fan Shroud Part Number ?

I removed the radiator and fan shroud from my 1966 Chrysler today. Can anyone identify the correct application for fan shroud number 2579011?

I checked Galen's white book. There is no reference to this part number. Could it be a shroud off a mid 1960's truck? Any help appreciated.
