Will a 295/50-15 fit on a '69 Road Runner?

I have a 69 Charger with that size on the rear with room to spare. I don't see why it won't work on a 69 RR.

I have 295/50R 15 Radial T/As on the back of my '68 Roadrunner, on 15x8 steel Ramcharger truck wheels. Plenty of room, no problem. Stock ride height.
